Happy 25th Born Day to ME!

Today I will celebrate my 25th Born Day! I'm happy that i get to spend time with the people I love and care for the most. It has been a hell of a ride so far but i'm still here standing tall. Last five years of my life haven't been the best but i met some great people & my love, that have a lot of love for & hope we have a lasting relationship :) The next five years look to be extremely promising and i'm looking forward to it! Now its a celebration bitches!! It's my 25th BIRTHDAY!!!

Poetic Justice : 52 Special Edition

Locked in a cage within myself. Wondering when will I be let free. The decision is up to me. The cage doesn't have any bars so there's nothing keeping me in. I'm locked up within myself. I need to let myself be free. I need to let my mind explore the possibilities. But I'm trapped in this cage all alone. I see no one. I hear nothing. Its only me. What am I to do? There's nothing I can do. No one can assist me because no one has the answer but me. I look up and I see something strange. Something I have never seen before. So I lay on the ground, staring at the sky wondering what is in the sky thats puzzling me? I can't ignore what I see. So I count. One star. . . Two stars. . . Three stars. . . Damn only three stars in the sky?? How can that be? What does that mean? I have no clue. Unless I open my mind and let be free. Oh, ok now I see. One is her. One is him. And one is me. Star one is the shorty that's going to be good to me. Always hold me down, no matter how difficult life may be. Star two is my unborn seed that's going to excel farther than me. Have bigger dreams and exceed in life beyond his wildest dreams. Star three is a wise man with the mind of a champion and the heart of a lion. The cage? My mind. I held back the gift of thought. Now I can be free. I have let my mind explore. I am out of this so called cage. I now see what this life has to offer me. A life of good health. A life of wealth. Until that day comes I will be patient. I now have a peace of mind. No longer am I locked in this cage within myslef.

T.I. : The King is Back

The King is returning to claim his throne. Less than a month after entering a halfway house, T.I. is back at work recording a new album.

Jim Jonsin, who helped take Tip to No. 1 with “Whatever You Like,” will once again be involved with the project. Jonsin recently spoke with the rapper upon his release to an Atlanta correctional facility after serving seven months behind bars on weapons charges. read more here...

If you don't know about Brook Yung yet then you must have been sleeping under a rock. Dude is talented! Sprite has come up this amazing idea to release these commercials as an AD for the 2010 NBA Slam Dunk contest by using poets or some people might know them as "SLAM Poets" which is a style of competitive poetry amongst poets. Smart move Sprite.

NBA All-Star Starters Announced

The starters in the East are Orlando's Dwight Howard at center, Cleveland's LeBron James (this year's leading vote-getter with 2,549,693 votes) and Boston's Kevin Garnett at forward and Miami's Dwyane Wade and 76er's Allen Iverson in the backcourt.

The starters in the West are Phoenix's Amar'e Stoudemire at center, Denver's Carmelo Anthony and San Antonio's Tim Duncan at forward and the Lakers' Kobe Bryant and Sun's Steve Nash at guard.

Now there were a few players that i feel were snubbed from a starting spot on the All-Star team; Chris Bosh, Rajon Rondo, Chris Paul, Brandon Jennings, Dirk Nowitzki and thats just to name a few.
