Hip-Hop. . .

I recently saw NAS in concert and i saw a random person write on a speaker box " Nas. Yes We Can." This inspired the following:

Hip-Hop is dead. I disagree. Hip-Hop lives within me. Hip-Hop is just not a genre of music. It is a culture. A lifestyle. A movement. A culture to be in tune with. A lifestyle that should be lived. A movement that should be followed. So how come people like Bill O'Reily and Jesse Jackson and Bill Cosby speak so negatively towards the culture? The culture which is a beautiful and inspiring form of art. They are the ones killing Hip-Hop. Let Hip-Hop live. Let it shine. "Yes We Can. . " and yes we will. We will make a change in this country of ours. Not through politics. But through HIP-HOP. Peace!
