Yankees advance to World Series!

The match-up for the 2009 World Series : New York Yankees vs. Philadelphia Phillies. This is the first time the Yankees have gone to the World Seires since 2003 & are looking for their 27th World Series title. As for the Phillies, they won the World Series last year & are looking for a repeat. It's going to be a great series as both teams are playing at their highest levels! This is a memorable for the Yankees as they will play their first World Series in the new Yankee Stadium.

As for myself, being that i was born in New York City and raised in the Bronx near Yankee stadium; I'm rooting for the BRONX BOMBERS! LETS GO YANKEES!
