Who is Justin Bieber?

While sitting at home watching TV; I came across Lopez Tonight (hilarious show) & on his show his musical guest was Justin Bieber, performing his single "One Time". I'm a fan of all types of music so I wanted to see what was all the hype about this kid. It turns out he actually can make good music. Usher signed him to Island Records. Only 15 years old; this kid is going to take the R&B/Pop scene by storm, especially with Usher by his side.
